A beautiful bangle bracelet with a handpainted Eye of Hilarion in ocean colors with a mediterranean talisman bead within a round filigree pendant with the holistic flower of life on the other side - double wellness in a piece of jewelry!
The little turquoise tassel repeats the color and provides a happy and playful bohemian summer flair to the jewelry.
The materials are rose gold plated metal, art paints, talisman glass bead and resin, the tassel is made of soft yarn. The diameter of the bangle is 6 cm, and the talisman pendant has a diameter of 2 cm.

These beautiful eye symbol creations have their origin in the ancient custom of the of the evil eye talisman or bead, which is found in many cultures and folklores, as well in the Mediterranean, oriental as in Latin American regions. There, the eye is a guardian symbol for protection from the so-called evil eye as well as a common symbol for good luck.
I wished to design some good luck charm filled with the brilliance of the light, so within this interpretation of mine, I included a memory that already when I was very little and did my first paintings, I steadily refused painting the sun just as a yellow corner or ball, and against all odds, I always used to paint the sunlight as a bundle of multicolor rays. Within the years I learned about various cultures and folklores, their ancient wisdom, and the sacred geometry.
All these facts together lead me to the creation of the Eye of Hilarion, a very decorative good luck symbol, that is perfectly displaying the fascinating colors of the Mediterranean sea and sky, and is full of this very special amazing sunlight.
Payments
Prices and Terms of Payment:
The prices quoted by the seller are total prices and include the legal value added tax. If necessary, additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately in the respective product description.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which the seller is not responsible for and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (for example, customs duties). Shipping from Greece
Delivery and Shipping Conditions:
The delivery of goods shall be made on the way to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing at Etsy shall prevail.
If the transport company sends the goods back to the seller, because a delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipping. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance leading to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller has informed him of the service a reasonable time in advance would have. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the cost of the consignment, if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal effectively. For the return costs applies in case of effective exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer to the provision made in the cancellation policy of the seller.
Retention of Title:
If the seller steps in advance, he reserves the ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price owed.

Returns and exchange details
Liability for Defects:
If the purchased item is defective, the provisions of the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
The customer is requested to claim delivered goods with obvious transport damage to the deliverer and to inform the seller thereof. If the customer does not comply, this has no effect on his statutory or contractual claims for defects.
Right of Withdrawal:
Consumers are in principle entitled to a right of withdrawal.
Further information on the right of revocation results from the revocation instruction of the seller.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sabine Schumacher, Adele Tachy, Thyrida 636, 74100 Rethymnon Crete GR, Greece, Tel .: Rethymnon Crete GR, email: artesabella@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. Consequences of the Cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.
For contracts for delivery of goods, we may refuse to repay you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than within twenty-one days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of twenty-one days.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
